Private Waterfront Condo

For this residential remodeling project Redding Construction Group was referred by property management to the new owners of Unit 902. The 4,000 square foot three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, high-end beachfront condo is located on Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida.

The couple from Massachusetts had purchased the unit and wanted it completely updated and redesigned. Redding removed walls, repurposed rooms, redesigned the bathrooms, kitchen and main areas to bring a colorful and fresh coastal-traditional environment with a hint of modern.

Led by Erin Blosser Allen, Redding’s interior design team did a remarkable job designing the space, which the client continues to rave about to this day.

The client had just purchased this apartment and wanted to transform the style to their liking, including completely redesigning the two master bathrooms, removing oversized columns in the main living area, and adding a fireplace with built-in bookcases. The interior designer decided to create a setting of coastal elegance. We converted a walk-in guest closet to a large kitchen pantry with a concealed entry which was particularly challenging, and we completed the project on time despite numerous additions and change orders.
