Located on Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida, The Ritz-Carlton Beach Residences were originally developed in 2005. Redding Construction Group was invited to collaborate with Marzipan Interior Design out of West Palm Beach to change the appearance and presentation of all the major common areas; including the grand lobby, resident corridors, the social room, theater, and other entertainment areas.

"Redding Construction managed the complete remodeling of our lobby and third floor common areas, as well as several of our residences. Ours is a Ritz Carlton managed property and we are required to hire credentialed suppliers who are able to execute to a high quality standard. Keith’s company completed this major redesign project over the Summer months; worked well with our commercial designer from Palm Beach; and came in on time and on budget. Keith's staff pro-actively provides high quality executions and is strong in their problem solving skills.

The primary challenge was changing the heavy Mediterranean style into a more coastal modern environment. The other challenge was working within a space in which residents we’re coming and going throughout the construction process. Working with the board of directors, the concierge management team and the interior design firm required extensive project coordination.
