Palm Island
Siesta Key, Florida
Situated on a tidal lagoon on a nearly one-acre lot, the 3,000 SF single family home has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car attached garage, and was originally built in 1953. Projects highlights include installing impact resistant windows throughout the house, converting windows to French doors including a set of double doors in the master bedroom leading to a private patio, and adding a custom 6x12-foot island in the kitchen.
Keith and his team were professional, creative and easy to work with. They had innovative ideas for transforming our house all while keeping an eye to the design we liked. We couldn't be happier with our home! It is gorgeous and functional. We would recommend Keith and his team to anyone in the area.

“We completely redesigned the interior by moving walls and making structural changes to increase the size of the bathrooms and create an open, up-to-date, coastal environment,” explains Keith J. Redding, owner of Redding Construction Group. “One of the more interesting aspects of this project was we discovered the original climate control system which consisted of large underground pipes that carried fan-propelled air from one central location to the rest of the house. The ground temperature cooled the air creating a rudimentary AC system. Fascinating. We had never seen anything like it before.”
