Redding Construction Group completed this small-scale renovation inside the Ritz-Carlton Residences located on Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida. The scope of work included a new kitchen and bar, the master suite, the guest suite, and entryway.

The modern gourmet kitchen has a European flair featuring a French-made Le Cornue luxury gas range, and the custom wet bar has a separate conversation seating area.

The spacious master suite includes an expansive master bathroom with a large steam shower as well as his and her vanities. Additional custom features include feathered chandeliers in the foyer and a walk-in wine cooler off the living room.

We have renovated several homes over the past few decades. Our experience working with Keith and his crew was unparalleled.
