The owners of this 2 bd / 2 ba, 1300 SF high-rise beachfront condo apartment wanted a total interior re-do, all the way down to the studs, so they could start over from scratch. Their top concern was for quality and craftsmanship, so much so that they were seriously considering bringing down the same contractors who had successfully remodeled their condo in the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. Working in conjunction with Erin Blosser Alan, Redding created a brand-new coastal modern interior, which the clients said exceeded even their high expectations for craftsmanship.
