Sarasota, FL—Redding Construction Group (RCG), a Sarasota-based building contractor formerly known as Imagine Design and Remodel, completed renovations on a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1,300 square foot high-rise beachfront condo at the Islander Club of Longboat.
The owners wanted a total interior re-do, all the way down to the studs, so they could start over from scratch.
“Their top concern was for quality and craftsmanship,” recalls Keith Redding, owner of Redding Construction Group. “So much so that they were seriously considering bringing down the same contractors who had successfully remodeled their condo in the Waldorf Astoria in Chicago.”
Working in conjunction with in-house interior designer, Erin Blosser Alan, Redding created a brand-new coastal modern interior, which the clients said exceeded even their high expectations for craftsmanship. Project highlights include a new open kitchen layout with dining and a great room where a structural column presented a design challenge which they resolved with a decorative concrete finish.
“Keith Redding and his team were an absolute delight to work with,” said homeowners, Mark and Nasrin Thierer. “He completely refinished our condo and did a phenomenal job on our rooftop deck and garden. The quality of his work is exceptional.”
The project also included new guest and master bedrooms and bathrooms
with all new windows, doors, sliders, and balcony finishes.
