“We took a 1990’s contemporary waterfront condo and turned it into a modern coastal living space,” says Keith J. Redding, owner of Redding Construction Group. “This was a fairly complex project that involved relocating 20% of the interior walls to reconfigure the entirety of the kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom.”
Remodeling highlights include cypress wood ceiling details, shiplap wall details, new wood-look plank tile flooring throughout the space, and the custom kitchen includes a butler pantry.
