Sarasota, FL—Redding Construction Group, a Sarasota-based contractor formerly known as Imagine Design and Remodel, was awarded a condominium renovation project located in Sea Village on Siesta Key, the company announced today.
“We often work on waterfront properties so this condo project is right in our wheelhouse,” says Keith J. Redding, owner of Redding Construction Group. “The units in Sea Village are 50 years old so this is a great time for a full renovation of the property.”
The Sea Village condo project is a full interior remodel of a 2-bedroom, 2-bath gulf front apartment. The interior designer is Erin Blosser Allen, who owns her own firm and is the primary design consultant for Redding Construction Group.
“Working with this wonderful couple from the Boston area has been so much fun,” shares Blosser Allen. “They are looking forward to having their second home have a coastal, transitional style with soft coastal colors and textures with neutrals, navy, and aqua accents.”
